I'd definitely say long wavy hair. I think it gives the hairstyle a lot more character and is not so boring. Plus it bounces! Who doesn't love bouncy hair??!!!

It depends on what face shape you have.
If you have a longer or oval face, wavy hair looks better because it makes the face look rounder. Straight hair and a long face makes the face look even longer.
If you have a round face, both usually look good, unless your face is basically an almost perfect sphere. In that case, go with straight to make your face look less ball-shaped.
