Buy a flat iron that works on wet hair. It's not very good for your hair and doesn't work as well as when your hair is dry.

well if u hav tha time....hair dry it and try to brush it strait while ur hair drying it(saves time) and then straitedn tha not already strait parts

If you have very curly hair try a light mousse or a setting gel/lotion.

You really can't as this is the way the hair is. If it is good quality human hair, you may be able to use a flat iron. However, I would do this with caution as it may burn or ruin the hair.
