My hair is wavy, and it has LOTS of volume, its all over the place?

i want my hair to be STRAIGHT, with NO/LITTLE volume

what should i do???

p.s. i live in spain, therefore i can't get the hair products they sell in england etc

Same! i use no more frizz shampoo %26amp; conditioner, i rinse my conditioner out with cold water, wrap it in a towel until it dries (to seal in moister) never use a blow drier and use a leave in conditioner if possibe.

being a spaniard, italian, and greek I was destined to have curly hair. I always wore my hair like fred savage when I was young, you know bushy and fro-like style....now that I'm older and saw the hair style of matthew mcConaughey I wear it like that. long and wavy and tapered from the top down.

anyway......I always dreamed of having straight hair. I used so many products and stuff I don't even know what it was for. I didn't have any sisters so I didn't know about hair products let alone hair appliances. so...long story short, since I have my own place now and my gf sleeps over she has a straight iron in the bathroom. one day she just suggested I see what it looks like with my hair straight. I had no idea what she was doing. well..she used that straight iron on my hair.......HOLY SH8T! for the FIRST time in my life my hair was STRAIGHT for more than a day, unfortunately. it didn't look good straight.

so go with a straight iron.

sorry. just googled it and you gals call it flat irons. lol
